Your birthdate, including year
Your city & country of birth
Your exact birth time off your birth certificate.
(If time is not available, ask your mother to tell you what she remembers!)
(You may also list any three major issues you wish to have analyzed deeply and how you plan to pay for the reading. At this time, PayPal and checks will be accepted. Credit cards and debit cards are not yet part of this website. Please forgive. Also, if you are interested in printed paper charts, CD or tape of the session, please let Tulavati know ahead of time .)
